Client Project Manager

Solid is looking for an individual to join our Client Services team in effectively working with clients to successfully implement our products and services. This position will work closely with the Solid team to deliver superior technical support, while also critically evaluating our product releases. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and have a practical understanding of project planning and business systems. Qualified individuals will also be comfortable setting regular business goals and working with an international customer base.

Job Description

We take our responsibility to provide exceptional support to our customers seriously. As part of the Client Services team, the Client Project Manager will personally handle:

Training new clients and guiding clients through our business systems
Technical support for our business systems via Internet, Email, and Telephone to both new and existing clients
Testing new program releases
Technical writing in the form of user manuals and information bulletins
Identifying and outlining software enhancements
Assist in managing relationships with software technology partners
Production of training videos

Knowledge, Abilities and Experience

As the successful candidate, you possess the following characteristics:

A practical understanding of project planning and business systems
Experience with Windows NT/2000/XP, Microsoft Office and the Internet
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Experience with command prompt interface would be an asset
Previous instructional or training experience is of great interest
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively by phone or e-mail
Ability to work effectively as an individual and in a team environment
Significant experience in supporting client projects within a business operations environment
Candidate must be a Microsoft Certified Professional, or, obtain this designation within a reasonable time upon being hired
