Client Project Manager

Job Description

 

We take our responsibility to provide exceptional support to our customers seriously. As part of the Client Services team, the Client Project Manager will personally handle:

  • Training new clients and guiding their conversion onto our business systems.
  • Technical support for our business systems via Internet, Email, Telephone and Fax to both new and existing clients.
  • Testing of new program releases.
  • Technical writing in the form of user manuals and information bulletins.

Knowledge, Abilities and Experience

As the successful candidate, you have:

  • A practical understanding of project planning and business systems.
  • Experience with Windows NT/2000/XP, Microsoft Office and the Internet.
  • Knowledge of Win95/98, DOS would be a definite asset.
  • Previous instructional or training experience is of great interest.
  • Exceptional inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively by phone or e-mail
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and in a team environment
  • Candidates should possess significant experience in supporting client projects within a business operations environment.
