Business System Advisor (Technical Support Representative)
Job Description
You are the type of person who enjoys coaching people through the use of our business system. In addition you assist with program testing and trouble shooting. As the successful candidate, you have the following Knowledge, Abilities and Experience:
- Experience with Windows NT/2000/XP, Microsoft Office and the Internet.
- Knowledge of Win95/98, DOS would be a definite asset.
- A practical understanding of business systems is of great interest.
- Exceptional inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively by phone or e-mail.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and in a team environment.
- Candidates should possess significant experience in Help Desk support within a business operations environment.
