Technical Writer

Job Description

We take seriously, our responsibility to provide quality products and services to our customers. As part of the Client Services team, the Technical Writer will personally handle:

  • Technical writing in the form of user manuals and information bulletins.
  • Writing and creation of online product demos.
  • Assist with testing of new program releases.

Knowledge, Abilities and Experience

As the successful candidate, you have:

  • Experience with Windows NT/2000/XP, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat (or similar publishing software) and the Internet.
  • Knowledge of DemoShield or other interactive demonstration software would be a definite asset.
  • A practical understanding of business systems is of great interest.
  • Exceptional inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively by phone or e-mail
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and in a team environment

Candidates should possess significant experience in writing technical documents within a business operations environment.
