Why should I become a Solid affiliate?At Solid, we are passionate about our clients. For over 20 years we have provided reliable systems designed specifically for our the route accounting and direct store distribution (DSD) industry. As such, our premium products and professional services contribute to satisfied and successful customers across the globe. Who wouldn't want to be part of that success?
Are there rewards for referring others to the Solid Affiliate Program?
Yes. If an affiliate joins the Solid Affiliate Program through your affiliate links, you will receive a commission on their earnings.
Am I responsible for installation, implementation and customer training of Solid Route Accounting™ systems?
No. Upon purchase of a Solid Route Accounting™ system, the Solid Client Services team will assist your client with the installation, implementation and user training of Solid software.
Am I responsible for ongoing support after the purchase of a Solid Route Accounting™ system?
No. The Solid Client Services team offers support resources such as the Solid Know How™ knowledgebase, Solid Video Tutorials, and unlimited email support (during office hours), which is included in the purchase of Solid Route Accounting™ systems. As a Solid affiliate, you are encouraged to provide your client with additional support options that can be purchased to provide additional support from the Solid Client Services team that covers technical assistance beyond the knowledgebase, videos and email.
Am I prevented from selling competing products?No. Solid does not require you to sign a non-compete agreement. We understand that Solid Route Accounting™ systems may not be ideal for all clients. As such, we only ask that you consider Solid Route Accounting™ when assessing your clients' needs.
How and when should I expect to be paid?
At the time of registration, you will choose one of two payment methods: 1) a PayPal account or 2) a check. Payments distributed to PayPal accounts will be received on the 10th day of each month for commissions earned in the previous month (ie- you will be paid on June 10th for commissions earned in May). Payments distributed by check can also be expected in the affiliate's mailbox no later than the10th day of each month for commissions earned in the previous month.
