When opening an onscreen numeric keypad on some Android devices, for example, when trying to change the price on the 1135 Item Details screen, the keypad does not have a decimal point. How do I enter a price such as $15.68?
Answer: We suggest you install a third-party keyboard application, such as Google Keyboard. In the Play Store app, search for "Google Keyboard".
Once installed, follow the prompts to enable and use it. Then start Solid Sales Pro™ and edit a price on the 1135 Item Details screen; the keyboard should now have a decimal point.
