There can be many factors involved though when an external sync stops working for the route sales person. This article will try to address all the possible issues that may be involved in getting the handheld computer reconnected with Solid MultiConnect to get synched, and get the transactions safely into Solid Route Accounting.

  1. If connecting to a new external Wi-Fi network, please read Article#116: Palm OS Wi-Fi Sync Setup Guide, specifically Section 4, as this article you're reading now pertains only to external wireless connections that have been successfully connected to in the past.

  2. When connecting to a wireless network, or when trying to sync, if the message shows, “No AP Found,” please read Article#118: Connection Failed, No AP Found.

  3.
