If you have a Palm powered handheld device, such as a Janam XP30 or Symbol 1800, there are two methods of entering your Solid Sales Pro™ password.

1. The recommended method to enter your Solid Sales Pro™ password is to use the graffiti pad at the bottom of the screen.

2. Alternatively, you may also use the on-screen keyboard to enter your password by tapping on the "123" or "abc" icons in the lower corners of the graffiti pad.  If you encounter any problems, tap on the "HIDE" drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of the [0001 Password] screen and select "SHOW" to ensure that the correct password is being entered.
