Solid Route Accounting™ - Integration Edition 10.03.08 is ready for downloading.   The following changes are included with this version:

Solid Fusion™

1. Issue where duplicate Orders were being Exported to FACTS in the cases of failed connect sessions, has been corrected.
2. Solid Fusion™ has been enhanced to not Export transaction items with zero (0) quantity values for FACTS Edition.

1. Issue where ROA Payment type was not transferring correctly to QuickBooks, has been corrected.
2. Issue where the Default Customer Tax ID from the QuickBooks was not being sent to the mobile units, has been corrected.  Customer records that do not have a specific Tax ID assigned to them under the [Edit Customer/Additional Info] tab in QuickBooks will now be assigned the default Customer Tax ID as defined under the [Edit/Preferences/Sales Tax/Company Preferences] tab in QuickBooks.

Solid Sales Pro™

All Integration Editions:

1. Issue where Credit transactions (Bill Type=’E’) did not update the mobile unit quantity values, has been corrected.
2. Issue where Credit transactions (Bill Type=’E’) would not accept quantity values entered if the current item quantity is zero (0), has been corrected.
3. Issue where a “Printer Already Open” error message appears when printing Cashout reports to an 8.5x11 inch Bluetooth printer, has been corrected.
4. Issue where the “Price” field on the 1133 Barcode Details screen could not be optionally edited, has been corrected.
5. Issue where the [Search] function on the 1131 Inventory List screen was not automatically searching upon entering the first search character, has been corrected.

Solid Route Accounting™ - Enterprise Edition:

1. Issue with Approved Product Lists (APL) where incomplete searches would occur when duplicate product Descriptions where present in the APL, has been corrected.

Solid MultiConnect™

Windows Mobile systems:

1. Issue where “Idle Timeouts” would occur while Solid Fusion was running causing the sync session to disconnect, has been corrected.

Solid Mobile Central™

For QuickBooks:

1. Tax calculation method under [Company/Configuration/Fusion] has been restricted to “Calculating Taxes Based on Subtotal” and will now only transfer taxes to QuickBooks as “Subtotals”.

Backup Before you Begin!

It is sound business and computing practice to perform a FULL backup prior to beginning any installation or upgrade procedure.

1. Exit from the Solid Mobile Central, Solid Fusion and Solid MultiConnect programs from all workstations.
2. At the Server, enter the Solid Mobile Central program and select menu path ‘Backup’ and proceed with the on screen instructions.

Solid Route Accounting - Integration Edition 10.03.08 Installation Procedures

1. Synchronize all mobile units to ensure that all transaction information has been submitted to the main accounting system.
2. Create a current backup of the Solid Route Accounting™ system by starting Solid Mobile Central™ and clicking on the [Backup] menu option.
3. Exit from Solid Mobile Central™, Solid Fusion™ and Solid MultiConnect™ at all workstations.
4. Click here to download Solid Route Accounting - Integration Edition 10.03.08 and choose to [Save] the installer to a hard drive location on your computer.  Once you have saved the installer, locate and double-click on the SolidRouteAccounting10-IE-100308.exe file to begin the installation wizard.
5. Follow the prompts on the screen clicking the [Next] button to continue.
6. When presented with the program license agreement, read through it and if you agree to the terms, click on [I Agree] then click [Next] to continue.
7. When presented with the 'Select Installation Folder', enter the appropriate drive and folder location to install the program to (default C:\Si).  Click on the [Browse...] button if it is necessary to change the installation folder then click on [Next] to continue.
8. Click on [Next] to confirm and begin the installation process.
9. Once all updated program files have been installed, you will be prompted to enter your software product key.  Enter your software product key as supplied with your original purchase, then click on [Next]. 

NOTE: if you are upgrading from Solid Route Accounting™ 9, the system should recall your software product key.  If you are upgrading from Solid Route Accounting™ 2007 or earlier, please contact the Solid Client Services team for assistance.

10. Once activation has completed and the “Done” message displays, click on [Close].  
11. When the installation is complete, the 'Installation Complete' window should pop up.  Click [Close].
12. Start Solid Mobile Central™ and perform any upgrade procedures if prompted.
13. Start Solid Fusion™ and perform an up to date data exchange with the Integrated Accounting system.
14. Start Solid MultiConnect™ and synchronize all mobile units.
