Error Message: There are conflicts that need resolving.
Program and Version: Solid Fusion™
Menu Path:  
Symptom: Errors occur during Import or Export and the Solid Fusion™ event log indicates that there are data conflicts.
Resolution:

Solid Mobile Central™ and Solid Fusion™ have a built in Conflict Manager. What the Conflict Manager does is it validates the data flow and reports any conflicts such as exceeded credit limits or invalid customers. If a conflict is found, Solid Mobile Central™ holds the data record until the conflict has been resolved. Re-running Solid Fusion™ will then export or import the corrected record.

To check the conflicts:
1. Start Solid Mobile Central™.
2. Click on Conflicts.
3. In many cases, the conflict can be managed simply by choosing the correct record or path. Select Choice A or Choice B if available.
4. If Choice A and Choice B are not highlighted and can not be clicked on this means the issue has to be resolved by the user. Suggestions on how to solve the problem, will be displayed in the 'Additional Information' window on the conflicts screen.
