Solid MultiConnect™ validates each handheld device by it's
ID number. This is to prevent unauthorized access to
your data. If this error occurs with a valid handheld
device you must reset the ID number as follows:
1. Start Solid Mobile Central™
2, Select the Mobile Unit you wish to reset the ID on.
3. Click on the 'Reinitialize' button.
4. Start Solid MultiConnect™
5. Synchronize the handheld device.
If the handheld device memory has been lost or has
been hard reset:
1. The 'Assign a User ID' screen will appear during
Synchronizing.
2. Select the appropriate mobile unit from the list
provided.
