HotSyncing a handheld
device causes Solid MultiConnect™ to disconnect early and
issues the error message "Invalid packet, Header
checksum failed" in the Solid MultiConnect™ event log.
Resolution:
This is an indication that communication errors have
occurred during the connect session.
1. Ensure that all cables and connections are secure.
2. Check all COM ports or network connections.
3. Check modem or COM port data transfer speeds.
4. Try a different COM port, if available.
