Errors appear in the
Si Fusion event log. Data may be missing from the Si Speedy
Invoice program.
Resolution:
Si Fusion translates the data between Quickbooks and
Si Speedy Invoice. If there are data conflicts or errors,
all the necessary mobile data may not have been sucessfully
transfered into Si Speedy Invoice.
An example would be a negative price amount for an
item.
If this happens:
1. Start Si Fusion.
2. Click on 'View Log' button to view the event log.
3. Resolve any data conflicts.
4. Re-run Si Fusion by clicking on the RUN button.
