To import a complete product line from a catalogue:

1. Select Datafile / Department /View and press the insert key.

2. Enter the department name.

3. Press F10 and select the desired catalogue.

4. Using the F10 Key, locate the product line or department you wish to add.

5. Press F4 and follow the on screen instructions.
