1. Turn the printer on.
2. If the SEL light is on, press the <SEL/Menu>
button to take the printer off line.
3. Press and hold the <SHIFT> button then press
the <SEL/Menu> button. The MENU light should turn
on.
4. Press the <Group> button once. This should
print the current setting for Printer Control - Emulation
Mode.
5. Press the <Set> button until the setting for
Printer Control reads EPSON FX.
6. Press the <Group> button until the setting
for "Rear Feed - Line Spacing" appears.
7. Press the <Item> button until the setting
for "Rear Feed - Form Tear-off" appears.
8. Press the <Set> button until the setting for
Form Tear-off reads 500ms.
9. Press and hold the <SHIFT> button then press
the <SEL/Menu> button to save the changes. The
MENU light should turn off and the SEL light should
turn on.
