Symptom:
Error message occurs when tapping
on SELECT CUSTOMER from the 1100 Create Transactions screen.
Resolution:
1. Open Si Fusion and click on RUN to upload the customer
records from QuickBooks. Review the Si Fusion event
log if errors occur.
2. Start Si Mobile Central and access menu path Mobile
/ Information. Ensure that 'Customer Routes' field has
been set to "ALL" or to the respective customer
route groups for that mobile unit.
3.Start Si MultiConnect and re-HotSync the mobile unit
handheld device. Review the Si MultiConnect event log
if errors occur.
