1. Open Solid Fusion™ and click on RUN to upload the customer
records from QuickBooks. Review the Solid Fusion™ event
log if errors occur.
2. Start Solid Mobile Central™ and access menu path Mobile
/ Information. Ensure that 'Customer Routes' field has
been set to "ALL" or to the respective customer
route groups for that mobile unit.
3.Start Solid MultiConnect™ and re-HotSync the mobile unit
handheld device. Review the Solid MultiConnect™ event log
if errors occur.
