Error Message: New prices are not being updated on handheld
Program and Version: Solid Sales Pro™ & Solid Route Accounting™ - QuickBooks® Edition
Menu Path:  
Symptom: The inventory prices are not changing on the handheld after adjustments were made at the administration level.
Resolution:

To save on connect times, price lists do not get loaded to the mobile unit handheld during every hot sync session.
If you do change the prices of your inventory, you must check off the 'Reload Price List' box in Solid Mobile Central™ to upload the new prices.

1. Open Solid Fusion™, and click on RUN.
2. Open Solid Mobile Central™.
3. Click on Mobile / Configuration.
4. Click the check box for 'Reload Price List'.
5. Click on Apply.
6. HotSync the mobile unit handheld device.

Mobile Central will also automatically send the new price lists to the hand held every friday to update prices.
