Si MultiConnect
does not begin the connect session and no information
is exchanged.
Resolution:
If the handheld device HotSync session begins but does
not connect to Si MultiConnect here are a few things
to check:
1. Make sure Si MultiConnect is running.
2. Are the cables, attached and secure?
3. Have the Si MultiConnect options been setup?
4. Does the specific COM port state that it is 'Open'?
5. Exit from the Palm HotSync Manager if it is running.
