Error Message: Can not connect using Solid MultiConnect™
Program and Version: Solid MultiConnect™
Menu Path:  
Symptom: Solid MultiConnect™ does not begin the connect session and no information is exchanged.
Resolution:

If the handheld device HotSync session begins but does not connect to Solid MultiConnect™ here are a few things to check:

1. Make sure Solid MultiConnect™ is running.
2. Are the cables, attached and secure?
3. Have the Solid MultiConnect™ options been setup?
4. Does the specific COM port state that it is 'Open'?
5. Exit from the Palm HotSync Manager if it is running.
