Message: Handheld unresponsive

Menu Path:  
Symptom: Handheld device will not respond to touching the screen.
Resolution:

The handheld device may become unresponsive and needs to be reset.
1. Locate and press the handheld reset button.
2. Resume normal operations by tapping on the Solid Sales Pro icon.
