Resolution:
Solid Mobile Central™ creates all the necessary files for
Solid MultiConnect™. If you try to run Solid MultiConnect™ before
Solid Mobile Central™ has been run for the first time you
will get the error message.
1. Run Solid Mobile Central™.
2. Re-run Solid MultiConnect™.
