The company
file can not be closed at this time because there is another
application (Solid Fusion™) which is using it. You must close
that application before you can close the company file.

Resolution:
If you are currently running Solid Fusion™ you will not
be able to close your QuickBooks company file.
1. Exit from Solid Fusion™
2. Close QuickBooks and your company file.
3. If desired, you can then re-open Solid Fusion™ and allow
your mobile units to continue to connect and exchange
information.
