Symptom:
Solid Mobile Central™ will not allow you to click on the 'Reinitialize'
button.
Resolution:
Initializing a mobile unit loads the Si Speedy Invoice
application and data to the handheld device. Licensing
determines the options that a mobile unit will have
in the field.
1. Start Solid Mobile Central™
2. Select Mobile / Properties / Licensing
3. Check off the desired options for that mobile unit.
