Message: Solid Sales Pro™ does not print.
Program and Version: Solid Sales Pro™
Menu Path:  
Symptom: Invoices do not print or print incorrectly from Solid Sales Pro™.
Resolution:

Solid Sales Pro™ only supports certain types of printers. If you are unsure if your printer is supported, please consult your hardware documentation. Supported printer types are:

1. Epson/Compatible (includes O'niel 8i printer)
2. IBM Proprinter/Compatible
3. HP Laserjet Compatible
4. O'niel 4t 4" Slip

If problems persist, you may want to check:

1. Is all the cabling securely connected to the handheld and printer?
2. Does the handheld and printer have power connected?
3. Start Solid Mobile Central™ and check the printer type using menu path Mobile / Information.
