Si Speedy Invoice only supports certain types of printers.
If you are unsure if your printer is supported, please
consult your hardware documentation. Supported printer
types are:
1. Epson/Compatible (includes O'niel 8i printer)
2. IBM Proprinter/Compatible
3. HP Laserjet Compatible
4. O'niel 4" PrintPad
If problems persist, you may want to check:
1. Is all the cabling securely connected to the handheld
and printer?
2. Does the handheld and printer have power connected?
3. Start Si Mobile Central and check the printer type
using menu path Mobile / Information.
