This could happen if your company file has been moved
or renamed.
1. Start Si Mobile Central.
2. Select Company / Configuration and click on the 'Fusion'
Tab.
3. Review the 'Location of QuickBooks company file'.
Verify:
1. Is this the correct location for the QuickBooks company
file?
2. Can you open the company file in QuickBooks?
3. Has the company file been renamed?
4. Is Si Fusion authorized to access your company file?
If the company file has been moved or renamed. Return
it to its original location and name. If you require
that the new location and company file be changed in
Si Mobile Central, please contact Si Technical Support
for assistance.
