Solid Fusion™ is the software that translates the data
being passed between Solid Sales Pro and your QuickBooks
company file. If Solid Fusion™ is not running, information
between Solid Sales Pro and your company file may
not be synchronized.
Synchronize your handheld device:
1. Start Solid MultiConnect™ or Solid MultiConnect™ and synchronize
your handheld device.
2. Start Solid Fusion™ and click on RUN to exchange information
with your QuickBooks company file.
3. Synchronize your handheld device again.
Things to check:
1. Does Solid Fusion™ or Solid MultiConnect™ or Solid MultiConnect™
report any errors or Conflicts?
- View each programs respective event log for more information
2. Has the handheld device been synchronized successfully?
- Provided Solid Fusion™ is running, the data is transferred
between Si Speedy Invoice and your company file after
each successful synchronize session.
