Si MultiConnect is the software that communicates between
Si Speedy Invoice and your computer. Here are few things
to check if your last HotSync session was unsuccessful.
1. Is Si MultiConnect running?
2. In the Current Connections window of Si MultiConnect
does the respective port state that it is "Open"?
If it is closed, you have either selected and invalid
port options or another program may have that port open.
3. Check all cables to ensure that all connections are
secure and connected properly.
4. Click on the "Details>>" button on
Si MultiConnect to view the current Events Log.
