Solid Sales Pro™ checks to make sure the dates match
on the hand held and your computer. Solid Sales Pro™ also requires that you synchronize a minimum of once
every 10 days. If more than ten days have elapsed since
your last synchronize session, you must synchronize
before using Solid Sales Pro™.
If you receive this message:
1. Check the system date of the office machine running
Solid MultiConnect™.
2. Check handheld device date as well as the date format.
The date format should be mm/dd/yy.
3. Synchronize your hand held.
