Remote Services Delivery Anytime... Anywhere!

In past, implementing ERP software systems has often required extensive on-site installation and training. The Si Remote Services Delivery methodology is breaking the mold.

By 1999 we had amassed a small, but loyal following of clients spread out over Saskatchewan, Alberta, and into Northern Ontario all being serviced from our Prince Albert office. Driving distances were pretty significant, about 12 hours one way to the farthest client.

About that time, we also began considering why our clients dealt with us, and what we could do to assure their business system's operation and still provide effective support.

What emerged from this thinking is what we now call "Remote Services Delivery". This approach has been repeated continuously since 2001 with clients actually achieving installation times of 2 weeks for Si Route Accounting and a few days for Si Mobile Sales. Frankly, we're not surprised ... we planned it that way.

The benefits are clear. Clients receive reliable programming, fast implementation, timely access to knowledgeable support, and, of course, significantly reduced costs. We continue to hone this approach.

These methodologies are:

Program Design, Interface, Reliability -Programming is designed from the ground up with self healing characteristics, sound design elements, clear and consistent user interface, and extensive testing to resolve and prevent reliability issues.

Program Installation Tools - All programming is supplied with Windows installation tools, and, in the case of wireless mobile systems, easy initialization and automatic program maintenance.

Remote Implementation - Remote Implementation works and works very well.

With Si Route Accounting, our clients receive quick installation and implementation, usually achieving full mobile sales operations within 2 to 6 weeks. In competing systems, the standard has often been 3 months and more. For Si Mobile Sales the implementation time is even shorter.
