Dealing with corporate clients is simply a way of life for most DSD companies. Pricing agreements are often made with the corporate head office and products are sold and delivered to the respective branch offices. Further more, in many cases the sales transactions created for the branch offices must be marked as payable by the head office.

Si Route Accounting has the perfect set-up to assist you with managing these accounts. Simply set up your head office customer record and then assign each branch office record to this head office record. From there you can establish pricing for the head office and automatically apply this pricing to all of its branches. When processing accounts receivables, all transactions for every related branch office is displayed for that head office allowing transactions for multiple branch customers to be marked and paid with one single transaction.

Customer statements are also streamlined by consolidating all outstanding transactions from all branch office accounts into one easy to understand statement.

Cut, Copy & Paste in Si Business Central

On occasion you may have the need to copy text information from one record or transaction to another. No problem... here is a reminder of the function keys are available in Si Business Central to assist you with this task:

SHFT+ Right Arrow : Selects one character to the right

SHFT+ Left Arrow : Selects one character to the left

SHFT+ Up Arrow : Selects text block one line up

SHFT+ Down Arrow : Selects text block one line down

SHFT+END : Selects whole field or line

CTRL+X : Cut the selected information

CTRL+C : Copy the selected information

CTRL+V : Paste the cut or copied information

CTRL+Z : Reverse last text operation

Meet Nancy Sagardia, our newest member to the Solid Innovation Client Services Team. Nancy comes to us with over two years of product training and service experience. Nancy has shown her ability to fit into all aspects of the Solid Innovation Client Services commitment including: Product Quality Assurance, Product Training and Technical Support. Nancy is also bilingual in English and Spanish adding another service level to our team and allowing us to better serve our Spanish speaking clients and prospects.
