Handling Inventory Refill
Determining your fast moving items, when to re-order or re-fill your warehouse, how much to order, and where the inventory is located becomes a snap. This problem is answered through the "Auto Pick System" which is accessible through menu path 'Datafile / Inventory / Report / AutoPick' together with its companion report, the "Auto Pick Report". By using the "Auto Pick System" you can quickly determine your fast moving items, how much you need to order, and where your present supply is located. Options are provided for you to determine this information based on your own choice of: a) Length of Sales History; b) Number of Fast Moving Items; c) Lead Time for Ordering or Refilling; d) Days of Sales you wish to have On Hand.

Calculating & Paying Commission
Paying commission sales people can be a problem, particularly if you have different commission rates for different products, departments, and staff members. This problem is answered with our new "Commission Tracking & Reporting" system which is accessible through menu path 'Datafile / Employee'.
Simply setup each employee and the rates they received. You can vary the commission rate based on department or product. Further, each employee can have a different rate. Next, print the report, giving the date range you wish to cover. The report is suitable to give to your staff member.
Now, based upon the balanced, accurate invoicing you have brought into Si Business Central, your commission reporting can be completed in a few minutes.

Analyzing Route Profitability with the Stop Analysis Report
Are your routes working efficiently? Confirm or deny this using the Stop Analysis Report.
The Stop Analysis Report was created to allow management the ability to create a basic or detailed stop report with sales analysis and summary. The report can be created based on one or more Customer Route Groups (CRG) or Cost Centers (CC).
The Stop Analysis Report is generated by date and indicates the time of day, total sales, and gross margin for each stop. The report can be run for a specific date range, or run daily. This is an easy way to analyze which routes are laid out best and how much time is spent between stops.
With the ability to select multiple options the report can produce many results such as visited or missed customers, date of prior visit, sales detail, and whether to include administrative transactions.
The report summary includes, total stops, total sales and gross margin per day for each Customer Route Group or Cost Center.
Start the Si Business Central™ program and select menu path 'Accounting / Report / Stop Analysis / Route Group' or 'Cost Center', select the appropriate settings for the report and let the analysis begin!
