Si Customer Corner Gets a Face-Lift!

Lately the Si Customer Corner has seen some new changes.

Solid Innovation Technical Support recording artist Evan Drury (you met him in our Winter 2007 Insights newsletter) has begun putting together a comprehensive set of Audio/video on-line self help training sessions. These training sessions are designed to present you with step by step instructions on how to perform various program operations and setup procedures.

As a valued Si Customer you can login to the Si Customer Corner, learn new features or refresh your memory at your own pace. You can start and stop the session, rewind or fast forward to the point you wish to view.

Simply go to the Solid Innovation website (www.solid-innovation.com). Login to the Si Customer Corner by clicking on the “Customer Login” link at the top right hand side of our home page and select the button. Begin with viewing the Introduction session and then move on to your chosen product line and feature.

Remember to keep checking back as new sessions are being worked on at all times.

Suggestions? Sure! We welcome any suggestions that you might have on how to improve upon these sessions or perhaps cover a feature you have questions about.
