PalmX Changes Name to Solid Innovation

Wednesday, May 1, 2002 - Effective May 1, 2002, PalmX Route Accounting becomes Solid Innovation, Inc.. This move continues the company’s evolution in becoming the leading provider of software to the DSD route accounting industry.

When asked about the reasons for the name change, company CEO, S. Craig Fisher, indicated several reasons. “We believe Solid Innovation is a direct reflection of the cornerstones of our business philosophy:

The drive to create innovative business solutions that meet the needs of our DSD route accounting clients.

Our emphasis on sound business practice to ensure product strength and company longevity.

“In essence, Solid Innovation is an expression of the very core of our company, of the way we do business, and of the strategy we’ll use to grow in the industry.”

In undertaking this transition, Solid Innovation (Si) has done much more than change its name. They’ve re-affirmed the company’s commitment to becoming the benchmark for the DSD route accounting industry. They’ve also re-affirmed their commitment to providing the highest standard of products and services to clients.

Mr. Fisher also noted, “Just as we work to re-vitalize our clients’ businesses, the move to Solid Innovation reflects a re-energized company.
