Microsoft Certified Partner - ISV/Software Solutions

What does this mean to my company? Solid Innovation’s mission is to provide a reliable, easy to use route accounting business system.

The first step to earning the coveted Microsoft Certified Partner - ISV/Software Solutions designation was to submit our software for independent testing.  We chose to submit our Si Route Accounting business.  In this step, it underwent a series of tests to ensure it would install, run, and un-install correctly on a Windows XP computer. 

Si Route Accounting passed on the first try.  While we were quite pleased with this, we were not surprised.

The next step was to supply references.  For this we selected a number of different clients in different industries and with different lengths of experience with Si Route Accounting.  Some references were from Canada and some from the US.  Of these references, some had recent experience, less than 1 year, and some had long experience, over 5 years and 10 years.  From an industry perspective, some distributed beverages, novelties, and snack foods.  And, from a size perspective, the references ranged up to 70 mobiles.

On this step, we first needed to obtain our client’s permission and submit their contact information.  Next Microsoft contacted each one asking for their approval.  This step also went very quickly and we received many more references from our clients than we needed.  Here again, we were pleased with this, yet we were not surprised.

Finally, in a few weeks, we were granted the coveted Microsoft Certified Partner designation.

So, what does this mean to you, our client?  It means that you can be assured that Microsoft also sees our system and our company as reliable.
