A mobile is used to count inventory in a warehouse thus saving a "Count Sheet" to evidence inventory levels by quantity as a particular date.
When a count sheet is received, the system can automatically adjust inventory to the counted levels by creating a stock transfer to or from the designated supply warehouse. This will provide a strong audit trail for and evidence of stock changes to each mobile warehouse.
Returned goods can be assigned to a separate warehouse together with indication of reason for return. For example: Damaged, stale dated, or other reasons.
Remote sync permits mobiles to be settled from remote locations via the internet using any accessible Wi-Fi connection, or via a cell phone provided the mobile computer is so equipped.
Each synchronization session can 'talk' to one mobile computer at time. The most common length of such a 'conversation' is about 2 minutes. If you need to settle more than one mobile at a time, then you will need additional sync sessions.
A complete audit trail is maintained so you can trace each and every transaction.
