Si Sales Pro
Si Sales Pro is the mobile software component loaded
to the handheld device which manages on-the-road activities.
It runs on any Palm OS compatible handheld device. With Si
Sales Pro, handheld devices become wireless order entry
or POS devices.
Features include:
- Create customer invoices, orders, credits, or received
on account
- Print out professional invoices and orders on the road
- Create or change customer information
- Calculate taxes following QuickBooks rules
- Inventory Reporting
- Cash settlement and reporting
Si Connect
Si Connect, which is included with Si Mobile Sales, is
a program that operates on your Windows office computer.
It listens for a request from Palm Desktop or from a handheld
device to synchronize its information with the office computer.
Si Connect must remain open to receive the information transferred
between the office and the handheld device.
Features include:
- Listens for settlement requests and handles automatically.
Includes both send and receive operations automatically
in same session
- Identifies and validates handheld devices
- Receives and validates transactions from handheld devices
- Sends required new information
- Automatically sends new programming, configuration, and
passwords if required
- Log's details of connection activity
Si Mobile Central
Si Mobile Central, which is included with Si Mobile Sales,
is the administration center for the handheld devices. It
operates on your Windows office computer.
Features include:
- Provides configuration parameters to handheld devices
- View connection logs and activity.
Configurable parameters include:
- Passwords
- Transaction types
- Customer Credit Limit handling
- Invoice styles and options
- Printer device choices
Si Fusion
Si Fusion, which is included with Si Mobile
Sales, provides data exchange services between Si Mobile
Central and QuickBooks. It operates on
your Windows office computer. Si Fusion must be started
after
QuickBooks and remain open for information to flow to and
from QuickBooks.
Features include:
- Automatic data exchange to and from QuickBooks
- Conflict management
