How it Works:

Solid Route Accounting™ for QuickBooks works in three simple steps:

1. Customer, product, and pricing information entered into QuickBooks® is transferred to mobile computers with a touch of a button.
2. Sales people create sales orders and/or invoices via mobile computers and mobile printers.
3. Mobile computers are synchronized with QuickBooks and transactions are automatically posted to customer accounts.

• QuickBooks®: Solid Route Accounting™ for QuickBooks is compatible with QuickBooks' Premier 2008-2010, Pro 2008-2010, Enterprise 2008-2010, Canada 2008-2010, US 2008-2010 and UK 2005-2008 versions.
• Mobile Computers: To run Solid Route Accounting™ for QuickBooks, you may use either Windows Mobile or Palm OS mobile computers, or even mix or match them within your company. At Solid, we have approved the following mobile computers for compatibility with our Solid Route Accounting™ system: Janam XP30, Janam XM66, Opticon H19, and HP IPAQ.
• Mobile Printers: If you wish to print invoices in the field, you will require a mobile printer. At Solid, we strongly recommend the use of a Datamax-O'Neil 4te printer or Datamax-O'Neil 8i printer, which have been approved for compatibility with our Solid Route Accounting™ system. Solid also approves the HP Officejet h470wbt if you are looking for a more economical option.
