Training is very interactive, and provided in a modular format. Since each client is a bit different, the training schedule is designed to meet your needs. We supply a project manager to help guide your implementation team.

 Are Changes to My Business Process Required?

 Client Responsibilities

Here are some things to consider before implementing a new system:

• Leadership - Because changes are often desirable, you should have competent leadership in your accounting office. They need the capability and authority to guide changes across all departments, including sales and administration.
• Leading, Planning, Organizing - While you need to allow us to guide you in your implementation, your team is the group that handles internal leadership, planning, and organizing. In this way, you become very self sufficient and understand the system very well.
• Computer Equipment - Your computer system is the foundation on which your business system will operate. It needs to be sound, reliable, properly installed and properly configured. While this is the responsibility of your computer systems supplier, we are happy to advise you on these matters.
• Key Reporting - You may have specialized reports or invoice formats that you currently use or expect. Please ensure you bring these to our attention.
• Data Conversion - In general, converting your old data to the new system is best handled by your staff. That is because data from other systems is often poorly organized or incomplete. Please discuss this with our staff.
